Across all three, the brief was the same: quiet, well-balanced bar tools and glassware that read consistent on Instagram and in the hand. Himkok distil and serve under one roof in an old printing house in Oslo. Their bartenders work long shifts at high volume, and they needed tools built for it — heavier shakers, deeper jiggers, and slate boards that don't dent. We co-developed the slate serving program with them and now ship it across the Nordics.

Three floors, three concepts, one back-of-house. Lidkoeb's whisky room on the top floor needed serving boards and coupes that match a quieter, library mood; the ground floor cocktail bar runs our standard pro toolkit. We worked floor by floor with their team to spec the right pieces for each room.
