Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency of the relevant market and may exclude VAT depending on the customer status. Trade pricing is available to approved trade-account holders.

Shipping

We ship across Europe. Free shipping applies on orders over €100 within the European Union. Lead times and shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

Returns

Retail customers in the EU may return unused products within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer-law rights. Trade orders follow separately agreed terms.

Warranty & liability

Products carry the statutory warranty applicable in the country of purchase. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product, except where statutory consumer rights apply.
