Packaging
Glassware is double-walled with corrugated dividers and recycled paper fill. Heavy steel and ceramic ships in reinforced cartons. We aim for plastic-free packaging on 95% of SKUs.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a full refund. Contact info@scandicbar.com with your order number to start a return.
Breakages in transit are covered — send a photo within 48 hours and we replace at no cost.
